About INCUS

Skincare that starts with men's skin

INCUS is a men's clinical skincare brand built around one starting point: the skin of men living in Indian heat, humidity and pollution.

01 · Why we exist

Most men's skincare
was adapted, not curated

At INCUS, we build the skincare system around the problem men already recognize, instead of making them learn the skincare shelf.
One problem. One clear job. The formulation does the complicated work for you.

INCUS is building skincare that starts with men. Every product begins with a real problem. Every ingredient has a purpose. Every formula is designed to work harder, so your routine stays simpler,

01Start with the problem, not the product category.
02Choose the right and curated ingredients.
03Keep the routine short enough that it survives a working week.

02 · The starting point

Why men's skin needs
its own formulations

Four practical differences that change what a formula has to do.

Sebum

Higher oil output, all day

Men's skin tends to produce more sebum, so oil control has to hold through the afternoon rather than degrease once and rebound.

Shaving

A face under weekly stress

Regular shaving leaves skin more reactive. That rules out menthol, added fragrance and the harshest acids, whatever they do for a claim.

Climate

Heat, sweat and pollution

A formula that behaves well in a temperate winter can fail at 40°C and high humidity. Ours are formulated keeping the second case in mind.

Adherence

Routines that are practical

A ten-step routine does nothing in a drawer. Two products, twice a day, is the standard each formula has to earn.

03 · Standards

What goes in,
and what never does

Always
Actives named transparently, not implied
If an ingredient is doing the work, it is on the box.
Barrier-conscious pH
Cleansing matched to skin's own pH, so twice-daily use stays comfortable.
Comfortable around shaving
Judged on shaved skin, not only on the claim panel.
Tested in the conditions it ships into
Heat, humidity and sweat are part of the brief, not an extreme case.
Never
Sulfates and parabens
Lather is a surfactant effect, not evidence of cleaning.
Menthol and added fragrance
The two things that most often sting after a razor.
Numbers we cannot source
No ratings, review counts or efficacy percentages before there is a stated panel behind them.
Products that only add steps
If it does not solve a named problem, it does not launch.

Two products.
Both built this way.

A daily face wash and a matte SPF 50 — the whole routine, and the whole range.
