About the formulation.
What's the difference between the Hero Tube and the Trial Tube?
Same formulation, different size. The Hero is 50g (~60 daily uses, one month+). The Trial is 15g (~14 daily uses, two weeks). If you've never kept a sunscreen habit, start with the Trial. If you know it works for you, the Hero is the monthly size.
What SPF and PA rating is it?
SPF 50+ and PA++++. Both are the highest ratings in their respective systems. SPF 50+ was in-vivo tested per ISO 24444. PA++++ was tested per ISO 24443 for UVA protection depth.
Which UV filters are used?
A modern photostable triple-filter stack: Tinosorb S, Uvinul A Plus, and Uvinul T 150. Niacinamide is included for barrier support. Full INCI list on the product page.
Does it leave a white cast?
No. The formulation was tuned across Fitzpatrick Type IV–VI, the skin tones most common to Indian men. Mineral-only sunscreens whitecast at protective levels on deeper skin; we chose a modern chemical stack for exactly this reason.
How to actually use it.
How much should I apply?
A two-finger strip for the face and neck. Roughly 1.25g per application. This is what the 50g tube is sized for — about 60 full daily applications.
Do I need to reapply?
For typical office-and-commute days, one morning application is sufficient. For extended outdoor exposure — 3+ hours in direct sun, swimming, heavy sweat — reapply every 2–3 hours.
Can I use it with a beard or stubble?
Yes. The formulation is low-tack and specifically tested to not pill under stubble. Apply down to the jawline and into the beard.
Under makeup or moisturiser?
Apply last in your morning routine, after any moisturiser, before any makeup. Sets matte in under a minute and layers cleanly.
Will it sting my eyes?
It shouldn't. We omitted avobenzone — the filter most associated with stinging — and use only a minimal fragrance masker. Avoid direct application to the eye itself.

Across metro India. 4–5 days for tier-3 cities and non-metro pin codes.
Prepaid
All prepaid orders ship free, no minimum. Paid orders ship within 48 hours.
COD
Available on request. Handling fee of ₹49 added at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at launch. INCUS is built for Indian conditions and sold in India during Year 1. International shipping is under review for 2027.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You'll receive a tracking link by email and SMS when your order ships. If it doesn't arrive within 48 hours of the "shipped" notification, email us.

What's your return policy?
30 days from delivery. If INCUS doesn't work for your skin — for any reason — we'll take it back. Used tubes are fine. This is not a gotcha.
How do I initiate a return?
Email hello@incuscare.com with your order number. We'll arrange a pickup and refund within 5 business days of receiving the return.
Refund method?
Prepaid orders refund to the original payment method. COD orders refund to UPI or bank transfer.
Certifications and standards.
Where is INCUS manufactured?
At a BIS-licensed, CDSCO-approved contract-manufacturing facility in Ahmedabad. The same facility supplies several leading Indian D2C skincare brands.
Is it safe for sensitive skin?
The formulation excludes common irritants — heavy fragrance, parabens, oxybenzone. If you have diagnosed sensitivity, start with the Trial Tube and patch-test behind the ear for 24 hours.
Is it dermatologically tested?
Yes. In-vivo SPF testing per ISO 24444 at a certified third-party lab. Microbial challenge, stability, and batch testing conducted per BIS and CDSCO standards.
Vegan? Cruelty-free?
Yes to both. No animal-derived ingredients, no animal testing at any stage.
